What is Cash on Delivery (CoD)?
With COD service, you can now pay for our products in cash. Our agents will come to your doorstep for collecting the cash payment. Within 5 minutes of your payment, your order will be activated.
Is Cash on Delivery applicable in my city?

Is COD applicable for all order amounts?
COD service is only available if the order amount is greater than or equal to Rs 1000.
Are there additional fees for COD?
No.COD is free.
Will i get a refund if i cancel the order which was paid through COD?
Yes, We will refund to your customer account. You may also raise a ticket to request a refund to your bank account.
Can I schedule the time with COD agent for pick up?
Our COD agent will get in touch with you within 1 business day of placing the order. You can schedule a time with our COD agent which is comfortable for you.
Can i change the order during COD?
You cannot change the order with the COD agent. You will need to place a new order for it.
What should i do if my order is not activated even after i made the payment to the COD agent?
Our systems make sure that there is no issue regarding order activations. However, if your order is not activated, please call our sales team at 1-800-200-7625 (Toll Free) or you may also send an email to sales@bigrock.com. Do mention your COD Order ID. We will resolve your issue ASAP. Incase if your order could not be activated, you will be given a full refund
Is there any risk with cash on delivery?
There is no risk of using BigRock Cash on Delivery for buying domains, hosting etc. But with domain names, due of the nature of the product, there is a chance that someone else may buy your domain between the time of placing your order and cash pick up. This happens rarely but you can avoid the risk using our online payment options.
Are you using third party service for COD?
We have tied up with Gharpay for COD. Gharpay is a reputable cash collecting/COD agency.
